From 1817 and onwards he is noted as a previous farm owner who are now being supported by the current farm owner, usually referring to a father or a son. Nils married Signet Johansdotter, daughter of Johan Persson and Elin Månsdotter, on 1 Dec 1812 in Urshult Socken, Kinnevalds Härad, Kronoberg Län, Sweden.
